Why Coaching in the Workplace?

Being a native Swede and a US resident for the past 20 years, I have gathered emotional intelligence of highly functional environments and cultures from both places and incorporated that information into my coaching. I work with my clients to break their limiting patterns. My coaching approach is equally informed by concepts and tools from behavioral science and humanistic psychology: I have combined techniques and learning resources that proved valuable to my clients and consequently Inspiring Result!
